Sample text. Each openhire installation replaces this file with its own text, reviewed by whoever is responsible for data protection in the organization. Changing the text requires bumping the version number.

1. What this service is

This portal lets you browse the jobs opened by the organization running this installation, apply to them and follow the progress of your applications.

2. Your account

You sign in with an account from an external provider (Google, GitHub or another enabled one). We do not store passwords. You are responsible for the information and the résumé you submit.

3. Acceptable use

Do not submit third-party content without permission, malicious files or false information. We may reject applications that break these terms.

4. Selection decisions

Résumé screening uses artificial intelligence as support. The decision at each stage of the process is always made by a person on the team.

5. Changes

When these terms change, you will see the new version on your next visit and will need to accept it to keep using the portal.
